Terms of service

Effective date: April 23, 2026.

1. The service

KalshiArb provides arbitrage scanning and (on the Autonomous Agent tier) automated order submission to the Kalshi exchange. KalshiArb is independent and not affiliated with KalshiEX LLC. Use of Kalshi itself is governed by Kalshi's own terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to trade event contracts in your jurisdiction (typically 18+) and eligible to use Kalshi. You are responsible for ensuring your trading complies with applicable U.S. state, federal, and international law.

3. Payment

Plans are billed in cryptocurrency. Payments are non-refundable, except: within the first 7 days of a new subscription we will refund to the same wallet you paid from on request.

4. No advice

Nothing on KalshiArb is financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Information is for general use only. We do not guarantee returns. Past edges do not predict future edges.

5. Autonomous Agent

On the Autonomous Agent tier, you grant KalshiArb the right to submit orders on your behalf to Kalshi using the API key you provide, subject to the limits you configure (max position size, allowed categories, etc.). You can revoke the API key inside Kalshi at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no scraping at high rates, no reselling alerts, no using the agent to manipulate Kalshi markets, no breaking Kalshi's own terms.

7. Liability

KalshiArb is provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
