Privacy policy
Effective date: April 23, 2026.
Data we collect
- Checkout submission: email, Telegram handle, optional Discord handle, chain, transaction hash, USD amount, billing tier and cycle. Used to confirm payment and deliver Telegram + Discord access.
- Kalshi API key (Autonomous Agent customers only): encrypted at rest with a per-customer KMS key. Used solely to submit orders on your behalf within the rules you set. Revoke at any time inside Kalshi.
- Server logs: standard request metadata (IP, user agent, path, timing) for ~14 days for abuse prevention.
- Analytics: aggregate page-view data via privacy-friendly tooling. We do not sell or share customer data with advertisers.
What we don't collect
- Card numbers — payments are crypto-only.
- Real-name identity beyond what you tell us at checkout.
- Trading history beyond what we need to operate the agent and produce your audit log.
Data retention
Customer records are kept for the lifetime of your subscription plus 18 months for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution. You can request deletion earlier by emailing founder@kalshiarbitragebot.com; we will honour requests within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.
