- No. KalshiArb is an independent third-party scanner that consumes Kalshi’s public REST API. KalshiEX LLC is a CFTC-regulated Designated Contract Market — they run the exchange, we run the arb scanner on top of it.
- What kind of arbitrage does KalshiArb find?
- Three families: intra-market (YES + NO < $1.00 on the same binary contract), event arbitrage (sum of all mutually-exclusive outcomes < $1.00 on multi-outcome events like Speaker of the House), and cross-venue (Kalshi vs Polymarket vs sportsbooks where the same event clears wider on one side).
- Do I need a Kalshi account to use the bot?
- Yes — you trade on your own Kalshi account. The Bot tier sends alerts to Telegram and Discord; you click through to Kalshi and execute. The Autonomous AI Agent uses your Kalshi API key to fire both legs as a single batched submission.
- Is Kalshi available everywhere in the U.S.?
